Our subsidiaries and wholly owned establishment;

UMD Petroleum is a subsidiary of UMD Energy Sdn Bhd and owned 100% by Malaysian focus are on asset acquisition of an oil and gas production in Malaysia and to achieve vision to be an independent Malaysian petroleum operating company. UMD Petroleum primary mission are to optimize marginal and/or small field assets to production of oil and gas through building positive joint partnership with Exploration and Production (E&P) company in the region.

UMD Marine is a first subsidiary company wholly owned by UMD Energy Sdn Bhd. Established on 28th July 2020, essentially involved in the business of vessels chartering and focus on Diving Support Vessel (DSV) & Offshore Construction Vessel (OCV), predominantly to the oil & gas Industry. Aspiring to be the market specialist in the upstream services especially in DSV & OCV, UMD Marine strived perseveringly to be a known name among the oil & gas industry players.

Indtech Skills Centre (ISC) was incorporated in February 2021 under the subsidiary of UMD Energy Sdn Bhd. Our core business is providing training and facilities to industrial players specifically in Welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Our main-focus is to become a training center in providing personnel with the right skills and competencies and to increase career employability following the standards given by the industry towards 520 Act. Sec 3 of Malaysia Government. ISC is mainly collaborating with CIDB Technologies to provide trainings and ultimately contribute to the national economic growth in the industry.

SKYE-UMDP Exploration is Southeast Asia oil and gas exploration and production focus company.

SKYE UMDP Energy was established to provide complete field life-cycle solutions for exploration, new venture, development, and reservoir management across the full spectrum of petroleum geosciences, subsurface, and reservoir management services. with the intention of supporting global oil and gas resource exploration. We are able to evaluate concession areas by combining geophysical, geotechnical, and geological expertise with positioning capabilities.
